3M launches automatic fingerprint fading screen protector for the iPad
Screen protectors come in all sorts of shapes and sizes for a plethora of devices. One area where most screen protectors fall short, is in terms of protection from unintentional fingerprint smudges. More than the possibility of scratching the display of your beloved smartphone or tablet, smudging is a pretty persistent issue. 3M claims to have sorted this irritant for iPad 2 and new iPad users, as it has launched a new automatic fingerprint fading screen protector for the two tablets.
Apart from removing finger print smudges, the 3M screen protector also protects the iPad display from scratches and is available in Privacy, Antiglare and NaturalView variants. Another impressive facet of this screen protector is that, one can remove it without worrying about removing the sticky adhesive that gets left behind when one removes the screen protector. The 3M automatic fingerprint fading screen protector is currently available in the market and starts at Rs 1,800.Whatever you've been doing, keep it up. I'd seen it on the Logitech site and thought it looked just the thing for a Gen X guy who loves his iPad but hates not having a physical keyboard. In a direct message on Twitter, Marc said I'd love it. He is right.Jon Reed my video partner picked one up from a local Best Buy (check for stock) for me before flying over to London this week. It is everything Marc said it would be and then some. Turn it on, pair it up to your iPad via bluetooth and you're in business. The keyboard is (obviously) smaller than either the stand alone Apple keyboard or that which is on the laptop range but the feel is almost identical, as is the individual key travel and key size.. The cradle is rock solid, the 'fn' keys are very similar to those on the Apple keyboard with a few twists for the iPad.Here, we've collected some apps and accessories that will make your new Father's Day gifts even more entertaining, convenient, and personalized. Using one of the mobile apps while parked in front of your new HDTV, for instance, you won't even have to stretch for the remote to switch from Planet Earth to the baseball game.
